It's not about porn so much as it is about hosting copyrighted material. If any of the porn models or artists find their paywalled content is hosted in there, they have a pretty open and shut case for filing a DMCA and getting it taken down.
A site like Kemono is probably only allowed to slip by because it's hosted in Russia and they don't have to give a shit about American Laws.
