A) are those runs from same fixed seeds? Anyways, single sampler most likely give more realistic as its runs more step (samples stuff more) Also what sampler and scheduler you use makes difference, uni_pc/simple is safe combo, euler/beta works, i use dmmp_2/sgm_uniform on single sampler

B) pretty much. I dunno why you talk about swapping them out, you can just load all your loras into the loader, then just enable the ones you are going to use (see pic). And there is only one wan vae-file far as i know, so dont touch that. Once you have the models and nodes, no need to install anything. Now you only need loras and prompts

C) i dunno if there even is 5 cumshot loras out there, but that would be bit overkill. orig cumshot lora with thicc cum lora work most of the time. Qualitywise, better quality kinda needs more steps, more steps needs more time

.....and remember, you rarely get the output you had in mind on first try. Sometimes it takes several tries, tweaks into the prompt and lora weights, etc, to get something good
