They've squandered the Halo IP and even when they get the gameplay right with Halo Infinite and both Call of Duty and Battlefield were fucking up, they still dropped the ball so hard by having long seasons with no content because of hiring temporary contractors and "gomenesai we don't want to release content because stressful", refusing the patch gameplay bugs, taking forever to put in gameplay updates and even dropping features that were promised.

Halo Infinite was murdered by an incompetent team and now it's pretty much on life support vs their plans for it being a "forever game".

Like for all of the criticisms that CBU3 gets, 343 deserves it more.
