Dead. Keep in mind this is still the case on some of the boards which has not recovered their traffic almost 3 months in. Most of the big boards got their traffic generally back but none of them have actually exceeded where they were pre-hack so the slow decline is still going to happen and decimate the site via decay and neglect.
