if i had the same poor health outcomes any other country would be a nightmare and i wouldnt have lived long enough to meet my wife

though ofcourse; had i been in a country with a better healthcare system that wouldnt make me waste valuable months trying/failing 30-40yr old medications and causing me exposure to more hospiumtalizations and steroid treatments (far worse masc than anything puberty ever did; plus leading to osteoporosis and my spine fractures); if i had just been given humira or something from the start i would probably be fine and healthy today

but id still be a total failure of capitalism because i only exist to love; everything else is filler and im knly motivated for creative things; most of which im not very good at

atleast in this country i can get the medicines i need for my miserible painful traumatic life to be livable; and thisly i continue to do so and live my purpose of loving my heavenly wife and worshiping our goddess )*
