This made me think about what Kris's equivalent to "esprit de corps"/copotype stuff would be and I think it would be different kinds of "Knight" behavior
Specifically I imagine Kris identifying with Sir Lancelot, a character popularly seen as the most famous and greatest Knight of all but in his legend was torn apart by conflicting loyalty and personal conflict, with his betrayal dooming his liege and comrades to a tragic end
