if I'd gone to such a degenerate school in my teens I wouldn't have been able to concentrate at all

so yeah, there's a problem

- schools in my area strictly prohibit dressing like this
- BUT administrators are too afraid of backlash to enforce the rules so it is essentially allowed
- BUT only (some) white girls dress like this (Vancouver, so there are Whites and Chinese only)

so the issue became
- "Why do the white girls get to break the rules?"
