EVERY Gehenna student we've seen BAR the prefects accepts that Gehenna is a chaotic shitshow and that's just how it is, no one minds and they spread that chaos elsewhere when they visit places. Hina is serving vegetables to wolves.

Her entire club refuses to recognize legitimate authority in Gehenna and cause issues for the elected.
Hina is the equivalent of that obnoxious kid at school that would try brownnosing and sucking up to the teacher and whining if anyone dared to have fun. In Gehennas case, the teachers are just equally as disgusted.
