There is a small and unfinished 7 focus tree for establishing Weimar in the files but there's no normal way to get it other than firing the event for it.
It ends with this shit ass event that sounds as if Hitler was some sort of a capeshit post-credits scene.
Then if you'd decide to play it for whatever reason without any tree or decisions you'd get Nazi Party formation event in Feb of 1920, 3 events for Beer Hall Putsch event at irl date, and then him being made Kanzler at irl date, and then Reichstag Fire
So even the unfinished post-defeat is just railroaded otl
