The rain has ended. Wunderground's prediction was closer to the reality. Government forecast was 8 hours off. I'm starting to wonder if the government meteorology department is intentionally doing wrong predictions to make the weather seem like it's worse than it is, like all the weather reports on tv changing their colors to redder and darker for the same temperatures.
