The webcomic sets up to do a simple thing, show Garou that if he thinks that reaching the ultimate power could solve his issues, then what does it mean when somebody else has ultimate power and opposes your views?
He is convinced that all he has to do to achieve his dreams is be the perfect villain, and once that's done he is the victor, but that simple minded mentality full of issues clashes, ironically, with the simple truth of an ultimate wall.
If strength is all it takes, then is anybody strong enough justified to stomp on you?
This comes together very clearly when Garou, later on, screams "If all it took was punching to solve issues" (paraphrased) when facing the robots as he tries to be a respectable adult.
