That would be a world of leaders and no followers. Some people believe that being a follower is not inherentely worse than being a leader and I am inclined to agree. What makes a follower viewed as inferior is our modern credentialist, productivist structure in which people are forced to follow ideals they do not believe in and might even find abhorrent. But what of all the noble deauteragonists in history? Those whos superpower was loyalty, courage, integrity, friendship, conviction? I for one respect the noble followers and I am more saddened by what the concept has been poisoned to become.
