First, we have a survey on the satisfaction with the previous collaboration event.
The dissatisfaction rate is 53%, while the satisfaction rate is 43%.
Overall, the results showed disappointing results with high dissatisfaction.

TLDR - The majority hated the Goblin Slayer collab.

New players joined our game solely because of the collab characters, but they were soon disappointed due to their low performance and ultimately lost interest in the game.
As such, I realized once again how difficult it is to achieve a balance that satisfies existing players, new fans, and the potential demographic who will join us along the way.
If we seize the opportunity to run another collaboration event, we will take notes from this case and strike a balance so that the characters don't become too strong or too weak.
