since I'm a fan of the 3d ones, I haven't tried opubes yet desu
but I've had issue with obody in the past and overlays; which I assume opubes is using
racemenu's skee64.ini has settings to change how many overlays you can have for the body
as for obody it was more of a prerequisite issue with papyrusuti getting overwritten by an older version I think
and it looks like obody is a prerequisite for opubes so I'd make sure that stuff is in order

iirc when I was memeing around in wow I used the magicdof fx
it seemed to werk and was adjustable
just make sure ur reshade depth buffer is working
