That was a problem for Britain because they are a small island which inherently gives them less growth potential (living space, farmland, natural resources, etc) than France and Germany, and puts them in a place of inherent insecurity, so it was in their geostrategic interest to pit the rest of Europe against each other to maintain their fragile hegemony, but America doesn't have that problem because we have an abundance of land and resources. It is for the best of the western world and the white race that the USA absorbs the rest of the anglosphere (Canada, Australia, New Zealand) and works with a united Europe as an equal partner, and the UK can act as the bridge uniting the two.
