Haiti, Jamaica, and Dominican Republic all have more black people relative to their total population than Brazil. And the USA has the most black people in absolute numbers in the Americas. By black I mean overwhelmingly black blood (>50% Afro). Brazil has around 20,6 million blacks and the USA has 40 million.
Pardo (which I'm assuming is where you're getting the "100 million" from, but they are 92 million) doesn't mean black, it ranges from white passing to mulatto-like. The average pardo Brazilian has ~65% Euro, 25% Afro, 10% Indio blood, so they are more Euro than anything else still. Wagner Moura for example is a pardo, but he's on the whiter end and a ton of people around the world (particularly non-Northern Euros or Anglo colonies) wouldn't have much problem in seeing him as white. Either way counting someone like that as black is ridiculous.
