Uzi literally told Doll to see the bigger picture and think about whatever or whoever is ACTUALLY the cause of everything that's happening, like the sending of the DDs and the fates of Uzi and Doll's parents - instead of being a lone wolf and stubbornly refusing to cooperate out of personal hatred for the DDs who aren't the root cause of what's going on like Doll ended up doing. Uzi wanted everyone to work together but Doll refused to put her hatred aside. Doll's feelings are somewhat justified but she was still in the wrong and purposefully refused to work together towards the greater good and instead focused on trying to save herself first which led to her death. Yes she felt some empathy for Uzi, but it's specifically stated how she wants to save herself first and foremost.
