Listening to the other stuff on that channel it sounds like a Russian girl. She's voicing them and then using some sort of tool to change her pitch to be closer to Fuwawa's and Mococo's.
Just skimming through the FWMC one she probably does watch them regularly, there's a lot of in-jokes and it's surprisingly in character, it's odd.
