I don't gen on Civitai, I just post my local gens there (I do download models and loras from it.)

You can always just remix images in the site to get a feel how to prompt. I myself have never done this, but they charge you "buzz" which is the local currency which you can get for free by just signing up on the site and do a couple of likes on images.
