Lauma's Blooms don't interact with anything. Lunar-Bloom is just a damage type that only Lauma deals with her charged E. She gains stacks of someshit when bloom triggers and can use those stacks to deal lunar-bloom damage. Dendro cores are not changed directly but instead buffed by other parts of Lauma's kit.
