>maddy and reiichi have slightly increased ADS speed
>kanami and kokona now have reduced ADS and rechamber speed (relatively they remain about the same, kanami being slower than koko); the relevant upgrades have also been made less effective
>baimo's A1 now also applies a slow effect
>celestia has slightly more recoil in burst, less spread overall, and increased ROF. skill now grants 30 armor increased from 20, A2's flash duration extended
