You need to get 5 friends on a training at once (like picrel) It doesn't have to hit success, mine failed and I still got it.
Also all 5 has to be the support cards only. The director and reporter girl does not count (also the rival trainer if you have her card on, I'd suggest you take it off and pick a normal support card for better chance)
