i think its half truth and half fear porn, the microparticles being sprayed is concerning but i dont think the concentrations are enough to cause neurological issues, but maybe theyre spraying more areas than others to test the effects? is it just weather modification or something else? interacting with vaccine nanoparticles? the 5G hotspots probably cause some kind of electrified smog that alters brain chemistry but to think it can globally affect consciousness, even in rural areas far away from cell towers is kind of a stretch. maybe you have some compelling info about this to share, anon, its quite a rabbit hole
