Take note of when the mushroom gives you charge and plan your Bakatoria NPs accordingly, I would recommend saving non-essential buffs before breaking her first bar too so you can clear her buff block quickly, and use Miyu's S2 on the turn where you're breaking her since it gives her debuff immunity.
