I found the strongest Ligtning team in the game.
C2 Yuzuha Yanagi Rina

Every 23 seconds Yuzuha enable Rina Chain Attack with 2000% dmg multiplier boosted by 70% pen ratio and 1200 ATK from Yuzuha.
Yuzuha and Yanagi are both boosted by Pen Ratio from Rina.
Yanagi's disorder and anomaly are boosted by Yuzuha.

I'm not convinced by Yuzua's Sig engine.
-makes her build Anomaly 18% faster
-gives 60 AP to 2 agents (yuzuha herself is AP irreelevant)
-Gives +6% dmg to Anomaly and disorder
-Gives +10% ER more than free option Kaboom

vs Kaboom
-gives 16% ATK super multiplier to all 3 agents

I'm not convinced the Sig engine is worth it. Kaboom is just very strong baseline.

It's only logical to bring a backpack of food ration into the hollows, I'm surprised it's not a hard rule for each faction to have a backpack person.
