There is a doom mod that adds Susie and Ralsei as companions, and because of how doom modding works you can add it into virtually every game using the engine including non-doom games like Heretic
I tried it in brutal doom though and Susie autotargets explosive barrels which may be a glitch but its extremely fitting
Or you can put Ralsei in Chex Quest, because Doom scares him too much
