I'm going to assume you meant "5kg".I'm not sure it would just be a drop in the bucket. According to a quick AI search, apparently the annual gold production is at ~3 million kg. Meanwhile the current nuclear energy generation it at ~392GW.
So 392 * 5000 = 1,960,000 kg of gold...
Now obviously not the entirety of the current nuclear energy production would be able to facilitate the use of the specific nuclear fuel and conditions required to make it work, but even assuming just a quarter of it would be ~500,000kg. That would be annual increase of 16%.
