>And Bartleby has also had a scene where he farted a sonic boom during a eulogy and was horribly embarrassed by it. And Bartleby has also started crying because he didn't understand poor people stuff. Bartleby is known in-universe as the Richest and Sexiest Man Alive. He's not an unknown skulking around killing people because of a serious mental disorder. He's a living demigod that allows others to live because of how generous he is, but the moment he's made fun of for being too muscular and sexy, he loses his temper and his uncontrollable strength and/or firearm kills someone. I think you fail to get it: He isn't enjoyable. He has been looping the same unfunny joke with a lack of any actual personality going on. If he also fails to grow this means quite literlaly he never changed, never did anything, and will never do anything new of value. Morality in MLP is the main point of having certain people in a story line or more importantly actually factoring them into the major parts of the narrative. Care Package and Apple bottom have been recedingly unimportant yet critical to the narrative despite this to the degree that even for the movie they are reduced to a twist that ends up meaning nothing and isn't even brought to a funny joke and that wouldn't be so bad, even if they weren't gonna stay dead, IF the movie literally didn't actually try and play it straight right after. Compare it to SH where Chrysalis and jail time are in fact played like a joke, Care Package in contrast was given an entire back story that is taken seriously despite it being he killed his dad because he couldn't have cereal and then the story acts like he changed or deserved part of the good ending. He feels like a leach that hopped onto a story that originally made sense but was then brought in with apple bottom so Tamers could try to copy one of DoTS's big moments(flawless) and it resulted in adding a 3rd purposeless character who feels tacked on when it wasn't needed and will now stick around because the entire movie's ending feels like a mass cop out full of several undeserved gains and a refusal to commit like it originally did. its really braeburn who has to choose to stop enabling that situation, stop letting big mac cause him harm. braeburn learning to choose soarin is what pushed big mac to come out as gay and try being nicer. Quite literally this movie had none of that for him, from Arson to current, Breaburn openly admit where he stood and then the story ignored it. Even for the movie his theme is not weather or not he's at fault for anything but weather or not Soarin should love him, then it shifts all blame to big mac even adding in the whole line about being gentile despite the fact that even arson had him try to get raped on purpose, justify it, and then Christmas openly admits he and big mac took turns fucking each other. Then, instead of actually ever adressing it, the film has
