Damn, I'm impressed Sam actually read it. He's a smart guy but more ADHD, high energy kind of smart rather than sit down and read a book smart. Sam was calling (((them))) out nearly a decade before it was semi-acceptable. Joe Bernstein gloated after getting MDE cancelled; it was one of the very very first public cancellations, as hard as that is to believe.
