This might trigger the wormschizo, but a story game where the majority of the characters are female doesn't work.
You can't keep up the suspension of disbelief because of the actual genger roles that are a result of nature and not a social construct.
A semi serious world that has regions with real world/traditional structure with an all female cast of leaders, warriors, people with visions and abilities, gods etc cannot be take seriously for long even on fictional settings.
