I can see full mouselook maybe being more detrimental when wanting an immediate response to certain monster spawns/closets, but I don't think that outweighs the other cons. Focusing more on the movement is less of a choice and more of a necessity if you want to do something like shoot over those imps in Realm to hit the revenants.
Nugget's also got some good feeling weapon bobbing.
