I’m surprised how low-IQ you guys are. ONE is clearly composing the scene with Saitama’s bald head as a part of the shiny domes of the countless robots. Saitama feels pissed off that he’s being made a joke out of over his baldness, a topic which has made him a part of the name justice team (Caped Baldy) this arc, so he’s taking it out by deliberately naming a serious series attack in comedic manner. You’re supposed to imagine the angry expression he must have on his face.
