It's largely been a drone/artillery attrition war and both sides have been fielding roughly equivalent.
The hubris believing western-backed equipment was vastly superior is why the counteroffensive failed in the first 72hrs.
If 14:1 was true, would would have expected them to have retaken Crimea a year ago.
