Probably a programming error. I'd assume Junko's profile was meant to be updated or added and it was meant to go there, but it's such a small period of in-game time that it never got caught in testing. Remember it was a budget title for the Vita of all consoles, I wouldn't be surprised if more minute errors such as that exist.
Not everything is some hidden message from the developer. As for why it was translated, you don't necessarily always have the context for each line. There is a history of incorrect lines in the original work being translated faithfully, preserving the error.
