The arm cannon, eye, and green bow are in reference to Utsuho Reiuji, a touhou character for which a certain My Little Pony fanboy that used to haunt these threads used as a name briefly before switching names to something else. However since this is the name he used back then that is the name that everybody here will bring up in reference to him.
