I actually doubt Sophie and Norea aren't in the game, probably this shot here is when Suletta fights them, there's also a chance the story is changed and they're allies though.

We're at the point where relying on predictions and things they should do have been fairly wrong so the only real way to know is either datamine or for the game to release
