If you have no fear of dogs you can just pick them up by the neck, or push them to the ground and kneel on their backs until they tip over. Even big dogs are not strong under a human's weight. So basically if you can confidently avoid the teeth (even if it does bite you a few times, worst case scenario, you were born a man) then you've beaten the dog.
And the dog knows this in its instincts, even if you did encounter your horror film snarling monster. You could just shout at it and wave your hands above your head, and it will think better than to come too close. The ONLY time you would really need to worry with dogs is if you were surrounded by a full pack of hungry dogs -- then you would have to assert yourself to establish alpha level dominance.
TL;DR: Don't sperge out on some poor dog who got spooked by your fearful body language.
