I think Ran would like jewellery. I always headcanon that thing around her neck is a nice carnelian brooch. Doubling down too much on blue and gold would look odd with her general colour scheme though, I could imagine she likes wearing much more colours than that. I also headcanon she likes orange jewellery like her brooch because it reminds her of Chen. And someone gave Chen her earring.
