Aria has it almost as bad, but I THINK she at least had a token cameo in the Soda/Alice bunny event, and resurfaced in some of the later Prima Donna Blablas. I think the most Julia's gotten since launch has been a single appearance in an Outpost encounter at the opera house with (I think) Phantom Thief!Quency, which even references how seldomly she's around.
