How good, roughly, is Springfield V0? Will I use her much, or is she only really good in a Hydro Comp for V1/V6?

I've got 50k CP saved and I'm trying to get to about 90k to set aside for Leva. But I also want to get Lenna, Jiangyu and Belka on the way. So I'm a bit wary of pulling right now.

I thought I might pull on the 100% guaranteed banner, since that'd ensure I can get Centauressi in a max of 12k CP. But, my brother told me I'm better off gambling that on a 50/50 for Springfield.
