Race based should always have been illegal and thank God the SCOTUS is finally going to deal with this.
This seems so obvious to me because "race based real estate" is absurdly illegal. In my state, a realtor cannot even say "Don't buy a house in this area, the schools are bad," because that's considered racist. Yet apparently a Democrat congressman can say "This town should be part of my district because it's loaded up to the eyeballs in fucking niggers." Somehow that is not only acceptable, but bold and empowering.
