Managed to somehow get her to LB3 with the remaining pulls i had. Did some pulls for umas as per anon's advice and got tachyon so i'm pretty happy. For gameplay, is speed and stamina literally all that matters? Whats even the point of the other stats? I remember seeing loading screens tips about how they help in positioning or something.
