Channeled books is when another consciousness "takes over" the author and speaks through them. I'd recommend reading Many Lives Many Masters, it's written by a psychiatrist who had it happen to one of his patients and he recorded what was said. The author is a totally normal, credible person so it's a good primer for someone who might be skeptical.
