Yes, because exaggeration is the entire point of being a cartoon character. Also just the point that's been made many times before about there being a murky grey area of what constitutes as harmless zaniness and fetishism considering something like pic related can be debated as to whether it was an innocent goofy joke or the writer's/animator's barely disguised fetish.
