You no doubt will get better hands over 1.5, it's been 2 years that is expected. Hands are still far from perfect, my slop can atest to that kek. But my priorities are gen composition variety and volume so I sacrifice these details for that.
I'm sure other anons can point a good baseline illust model for you that does good hands, eyes, linework and decent backgrounds.
