That's actually almost what I had, and tried to go with a build similar to your image. I sketched it a while back when trying to imagine it myself.
I wanted to imagine that my malera had more of a straight fridge-y torso. Unfortunately most mods just inflate the arms, traps, hips, calves, and it looks cartoonishly bad.
