I used to pick up some girls that I knew in high school when I hugged them. I also did it with my ex. I liked it and they seemed to like it too

I have this sinking feeling in my chest pretty much all the time. I have no idea what the problem is. I've even gotten an x-ray and there was nothing wrong. I don't understand what the problem is. I'm not fat. Also, my legs feel heavy and I pretty much never want to do anything.
