Mayor Karen Richard has ordered that all public restrooms require proof of ID to enter. She claims that this is to reduce costs for cleanup and repairs, but trans activists claim this is yet another attack from Mayor Karen on the lgbtr+ community. This comes just a few weeks after the city voted to mandate REAL I.D. for purchases of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms.
