i never played a sonic game before in my life i always thought it was a weird low budget series next to superior nintendo characters like mario
now im looking into it has lots of free fan games like sonic robo blast 2
what are the best free sonic fan games have you played any

I played Pokemon Sienna up until the 8th gym. Used fast forward in the emulator so it only took me like 5 or 6 hours. The fakemon were kind of neat and the new region felt like it fit. Unfortunately the game seems to not have aged well. There were a handful of bugs and it was missing some standard things like physical/special split. I'm not a huge fan of hacks that have real pokemon and new fakemon in the same region, it dilutes both aspects as opposed to just going all in on one or the other. I appreciate the effort but I can't recommend it.
I just started Super Mariomon. Only just got my starter and the first capture but wow, the level of polish is impressive and it's remarkable how much dedication they took to overhauling everything to fit mario games. I already have that feeling that this one is one of the special ones that might be among the top romhacks ever made. I especially love the tattledex and the amount of information it gives. Looking forward to finishing this one, it feels like a treat so far.
