After all of the trouble Frontier went through to redesign the Ankylodocus and how popular the Spinoraptor is, I really hope at least those two make it into the base roster of Evolution 3. Though I feel that since the biggest selling point of the game is baby dinosaurs and breeding they won't be in favor of animals that can boink, but there's 82 species confirmed for the base roster and only 75 of them are able to breed, which means the four canon hybrids and likely the tiny animals like Compsognathus can't.

I'm just hoping that, after having to wait for a DLC to get them back and Ankylodocus getting an awesome redesign, that at least it and Spinoraptor are in 3's base game. They did say that canon species and fan favorites are getting top priority
